Delete Account & Data

Users of Leo can request the deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

To request account and data deletion, send an email to:

Email: [email protected]

Please include:

• the email address associated with your Leo account
• the name of the organization

What data will be deleted

Upon confirmation, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• personal profile information
• bookings and activity history
• memberships and subscriptions
• associated user-generated data

Processing time

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days from receipt.

Important information

• Data deletion is irreversible.
• Some data may remain stored if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g. security, fraud prevention).
• If the user belongs to an organization, the request may require confirmation by the organization administrator.
